Having access to your body’s full mobility and range of motion allows you to do just about anything you can imagine. Whether you’re 12 years old chasing adventurous dreams, 18 recovering from an injury, 25 wanting to excel in your athletic performance, 45 with a need to get rid of that aching back, or 70 wanting to run with your grandchildren again, mobility is the key.

As a soccer player, I have seen many of my friends' careers end because their coaches insisted on one-size-fits-all training methods and promoted the wrong approach to nutrition. For example, coaches would say “no carbs,” “no fat,” or “do intermittent fasting.” These trendy diets only destabilize your blood sugar levels, leaving you tired and lethargic.

On the physical side, most programs fail to focus on strengthening the tendons, ligaments, and fascia surrounding the muscles. Over time, these connective tissues cannot keep up with the muscular load and physical demands, which often leads to tears and injuries. I want to show you that there is a way to significantly reduce the risk of injury while enhancing your performance at the same time.

Coaching sessions

Your 60 minute mobility & health assessment is all about learning about YOU! We’ll focus on looking at your entire activity and health history, current exercise routine, eating habits, lifestyle, plus diving fully into your short-term and long-term health goals. This information provides the ability to fully customize a program designed around your goals and lifestyle.

After our call ends I will spend the next week creating your entire customized program.

Your program becomes your Mobility & Health Blueprint! In this session, we will spend 60 minutes working together to fine-tune your customized program and deliver an immediate action plan. You will receive a full step-by-step mobility plan. You will have daily movements (depending on your schedule), targeting your problem area(s), along with movements meant to build strength throughout your entire body, while finding a deeper range of motion. 

If you are completing the mobility & nutrition system you will also recieve your fully costimized meal plan along with access to a database of resorces that includes recipes, tips, and a supportive community. 

As for the Athlete Blueprint; along with your mobility and nutrition system you will receive your custom training program specificly tailored to the sport that you play. We will go over your daily training regimen and meal plan to make sure that everything fits into your schedule.

After your program presentation, the fun really begins!

Each Coaching Session is designed to accomplish 3 things:

  • First, we evaluate and discuss the past week's progress, wins and possible challenges.
  • Second, we create solutions for all challenges and introduce new strategies to keep your progress and momentum moving forward to achieving your goals
  • Third, we set new action items and goals for the upcoming week.

If at any time you are finding somthing too difficult, tell me and we will create a new path to acompish what you thought immposible.

During our final call, we will review progress made over the past month(s), including key wins, challenges overcome, and any remaining obstacles.

Together, we'll assess results, celebrate achievements, and discuss how to maintain momentum moving forward. I will provide personalized recommendations for sustaining good habits, answer final questions, and help you set clear goals for continued success beyond the program.
