Mobility gives you freedom.
I want you to have range of motion you can control, strength inside that range, and confidence in the way your body moves. Flexibility is only one piece of it.
That belief is why I coach.
I’m Hunter Macdonald. I’m an athlete, coach, husband, traveler, and someone who is always trying to understand what the body is capable of. For me, mobility, nutrition, strength, and recovery are not about chasing perfection. They are tools that give you more freedom to live, perform, and keep growing.
I believe every person has the potential to perform at their highest level when their body is moving the way it was designed to. That starts with understanding how movement, nutrition, recovery, and consistency all work together.
Mobility is not just about flexibility. It is about control, balance, and freedom of movement.
When you combine that freedom with the right fuel, I believe there is no limit to what your body can become capable of.I want you to have range of motion you can control, strength inside that range, and confidence in the way your body moves. Flexibility is only one piece of it.
I believe in keeping nutrition simple and consistent. Protein, fats, and carbs every three hours gives the body regular fuel for energy, recovery, and performance.
I do not want training to become your entire life. I want it to give you more confidence to compete, travel, explore, take on challenges, and be fully present for the people you care about.
When my family looks at me, I want them to see strength, courage, and devotion.
I want to be someone they can be proud of. Someone who shows what is possible when you commit fully, take care of yourself, keep learning, and keep showing up even when things are hard.
That is my why. And maybe, in chasing that for myself, I can help someone else believe it is possible for them too.
Keep becoming someone you are proud to bring into the rest of your life.
I do not want to throw more at you just to make coaching feel complicated. I want to help you understand what your body needs and why it matters.
If we work together, we start with where you are now, figure out what is actually holding you back, and build from there. The plan should make sense to you and fit the life you are actually living.
Your goals, schedule, training history, mobility, recovery, nutrition, and habits all tell us something. I want to understand the whole picture before deciding what needs to change.
You probably do not need ten things to change at once. I would rather identify the one or two areas that can create the biggest difference and give them enough attention to actually work.
Your training and nutrition have to survive busy weeks, travel, family, work, and days when motivation is not there. Consistency matters more to me than making the plan look impressive on paper.
I want you to understand what is changing, why it is changing, and what comes next. Progress should make you more confident in your body, not more dependent on a coach.
I believe every person has the potential to perform at a high level when their body is moving and fueled the way it was designed to. My certifications give me a foundation, but I never want to stop at just knowing the information. I want to understand it well enough to actually help someone use it.
I wanted a foundation in training, movement, nutrition, and recovery so I could understand how the pieces work together instead of treating each one like a separate thing.
PFC3 taught me to look at nutrition through a simple structure: protein, fats, and carbs every three hours. I like that because it keeps fueling practical and gives the body what it needs for energy, recovery, and performance.
Mobility is about control, balance, and freedom of movement. Nutrition gives your body the fuel it needs to perform and recover. When those pieces start working together, I believe people are capable of a lot more than they think.
A few places I have had the chance to be featured.
I love seeing someone get stronger or move better, but what matters more to me is what that gives them back. More confidence. Less hesitation. More trust in their body.
Andrea came in needing confidence and direction. We worked on mobility, nutrition, and helping her understand what she was doing instead of just handing her another routine. Over time, training became something she felt comfortable making part of her life.
For Cristian, the biggest win was not just feeling stronger. It was stepping onto the soccer pitch with more trust in his body and less fear that something was about to go wrong.
Alex was dealing with back stiffness from sitting all day. We worked on his mobility, posture, and back strength so he could finish work feeling more capable and have more energy left for the rest of his day.
